We’re heading to Scottsdale, Arizona for the next Bloghouse!
Looking for a unique travel blogging conference in 2019? This summer will mark the 9th BlogHouse. Over the last few years, BlogHouse has really become the small travel blogging retreat that so many travel bloggers want to attend!
We continue to receive wonderful feedback from our attendees and we constantly strive to shape BlogHouse into the most transparent and inclusive event for travel bloggers. Not only do our bloggers learn a ton, they come away feeling inspired and like part of a family.
“BlogHouse turned out to be more valuable than I ever expected. I left the four-day workshop not only bursting with new blogging ideas and armed with practical advice, but with a group of encouraging friends and colleagues who have already been a great source of help and inspiration. I can’t recommend it enough!”
Past BlogHouses have been held in Spain, Toronto, Ireland, Chicago, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Indianapolis, and Memphis.

What is BlogHouse?
BlogHouse is a nearly all-inclusive three-day opportunity to live, work, and learn in a small group environment with experienced mentors and newer, peer bloggers. There are workshops, panels, networking, masterminds, and valuable one-on-one mentoring and advice. We also have some unique surprises, outings, activities, and opportunities for all participants!
“The one-on-one mentorship and intimate setting with other travel bloggers is worth every cost to attend BlogHouse.”
Participants spend time learning from mentors on a large variety of topics such as pitching and working with public relations and brands, monetization, writing, photography, SEO, social media, WordPress tips, and more.
This is a low-stress, sincere environment which results in a unique mentoring experience.
Bloghouse is for you if:
- You are ready to take your blog to the next level.
- You take blogging seriously and treat it professionally.
- You want to make blogging more of a career.
- You are ready to put in the work!
- You tend to get more out of small work environments rather than huge conferences.
We pride ourselves on our openness, transparency, and no-judgement atmosphere.
Our bloggers have gone on to become some of today’s top travel bloggers. Many have increased their followings ten-fold and won blogging and writing awards such as the National Geographic Traveller Annual Travel Writing Competition and Saveur Magazine’s Top Travel Blog.
“The hands-on learning, personalized site audits and back-end review, and mentorship from some of the best bloggers in the business is absolutely priceless. More importantly though, I came home a member of a close-knit, supportive, community, feeling empowered, optimistic, and excited about the future of my blog.”

Scottsdale

Scottsdale is often known for its lux resorts, pampering spas, and dining and nightlife. And it does all that so well. Art galleries and boutiques sit side-by-side with some of the state’s most popular chef-driven restaurants. Old Town boasts award-winning craft breweries and wine-tasting rooms. But Scottsdale and the surrounding region offers so much more.

Scottsdale’s lush desert landscape offers nearly endless opportunities for outdoor adventure. Watch the sunrise from the gondola of a hot air balloon. Explore rolling mountain foothills on a hike in Scottsdale’s McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Or unleash your inner cowboy and saddle-up for a Western-style horseback ride.
